Notice of the 2025 annual meeting of the members of High Falls Business Improvement District Management Association, Inc. (the “HF BID”)
NOTICE is hereby given that the HF BID will hold its 2025 Annual Meeting on November 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the offices of Stantec, 61 Commercial Street, Suite 100, Rochester, New York 14614, for the election of directors and other corporate business, all pursuant to the organizational documents of the HF BID. Members of the HF BID entitled to vote at the 2025 Annual Meeting are the owners of real property and commercial tenants in the High Falls Business Improvement, as established by the Council of the City of Rochester through Local Law No. 1 of 2004. HF BID By-Laws, Article II, Section 1.
